After order is confirmed, we have a meeting with the all department before production, investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all the details are under control1)100% inspection for the cutting, main trim, production(making a pre-production sample before production)and the finished product. 2)Morning meeting by the factory director each day; 3)Q/A for the during and finished production; 4)Q/A for packing inspection; 5)Final inspection while packing up all the messenger bag. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC will issue the inspection report and release for shipping6) We strictly follow ISO AQL standards
